Enquiries, quotations & orders

All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the offer unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only upon written acceptance by Reena Engineers and receipt of agreed advance payment or purchase order, as applicable. We reserve the right to modify specifications for product improvement without prior notice, while honouring confirmed orders as per agreed terms.

Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless specified otherwise. Taxes, freight, insurance, installation, civil work and statutory charges shall be extra unless explicitly included in the quotation. Payment terms will be as agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery, installation & commissioning

Delivery timelines are estimates based on manufacturing schedule and material availability. Risk and responsibility for goods pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our works or as per agreed Incoterms. Installation, alignment, piping and electrical work at site are the buyer's responsibility unless specifically included in our scope of supply.

Warranty & after-sales

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the sales invoice or warranty certificate. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, operation beyond rated parameters, use of non-genuine spares, or damage due to power fluctuation, negligence or force majeure. Warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing with supporting details.

Industries served

Our equipment is supplied to cement plants, sugar mills, water and effluent treatment plants, ready mix concrete plants, pneumatic conveying systems, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, sewage treatment plants and allied process industries across India.

Limitation of liability

Reena Engineers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including production loss, loss of profit or business interruption. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the invoice value of the concerned supply, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All website content, brochures, drawings, logos and technical literature remain the property of Reena Engineers. No content may be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related transactions, subject to applicable law.
